Project Overview

Mangrove Studio was engaged to design and deliver capacity development service for the Enterprises Go Digital (EGD) Program, a structured capacity-building initiative aimed at strengthening the digital capabilities of Cambodian SMEs.

Implemented across Phnom Penh, Siem Reap, and Battambang, the program focused on equipping entrepreneurs with practical skills in business management, financial literacy, and digital marketing. Through hands-on workshops and applied learning, participants were empowered to adopt digital tools, improve operational efficiency, and enhance their competitive position in an evolving market.

Structured Workshop Delivery

Mangrove Studio designed and executed a series of 10 intensive workshops across key regions, ensuring accessibility and relevance for SMEs in both urban and provincial markets. Each session focused on practical, real-world application.
