Mangrove Studio implemented a six-month digital advertising acceleration program for 20 SMEs, integrating strategy development, live multi-platform campaign execution, and structured coaching to strengthen sustainable digital competitiveness across three provinces.

Mangrove Studio was engaged by Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH under the ICONE Program to deliver structured digital advertising support for 20 Cambodian SMEs across Siem Reap, Battambang, and Banteay Meanchey.
The six-month engagement was designed to strengthen SMEs’ digital competitiveness by combining capacity building, hands-on campaign execution, and structured coaching. The focus was not only on running advertisements, but on equipping SMEs with the knowledge and systems required to independently manage and scale their digital growth.
