Project Overview

Mangrove Studio was commissioned to design and develop the official website for VEE Together, a digital learning platform created to strengthen the capacity of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Cambodia.

The project is supported by The Asia Foundation (TAF) in collaboration with VISA, with the objective of enhancing financial literacy, digital skills, and business development capabilities among MSMEs through an accessible Learning Management System (LMS).

The website was developed as a centralized digital platform where MSMEs can:

• Access structured learning modules
• Register and participate in online training programs
• Improve financial and digital competencies
• Strengthen long-term business sustainability

The Challenge

The initiative required translating a development-focused program into a structured, intuitive, and scalable digital experience.

Key challenges included:

• Designing a user-friendly interface suitable for MSMEs with varying levels of digital literacy
• Organizing educational content into a clear and guided LMS structure
• Ensuring Khmer-language accessibility
• Optimizing for mobile usage to enable nationwide access
• Developing a secure backend system for participant registration, lesson tracking, and data management

The platform needed to balance institutional credibility with simplicity and ease of use.

Our Approach

Mangrove Studio approached the project with a user-centered digital strategy, focusing on clarity, accessibility, and long-term scalability.

We designed and developed a fully responsive website integrated with a structured LMS system that enables seamless learning progression and participant management.

The platform was architected to support both program delivery and measurable impact tracking.

Conclusion

Through strategic UX design, technical development, and LMS integration, Mangrove Studio successfully transformed VEE Together’s vision into a scalable digital learning infrastructure.

The result is a structured, accessible, and sustainable platform that empowers MSMEs with the knowledge and tools needed to grow in an increasingly digital economy.
