Mangrove Studio, in collaboration with The Asia Foundation, officially launched the opening workshop for the program “Enhancing Capacity for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises.” The initiative is supported by VISA, with strategic collaboration from Good Return and Wing Bank.

The workshop marks the beginning of a structured three-month development journey designed to equip Cambodian entrepreneurs with practical business, financial, and digital skills for sustainable growth.

Building Strong Foundations for MSMEs

The opening session introduced participants to the broader ecosystem that supports enterprise development. Representatives shared insights on the role of financial institutions and digital payment systems in strengthening business resilience and expansion.

Entrepreneurs gained a clearer understanding of how to leverage formal banking systems, digital financial services, and structured learning tools to improve operational efficiency.

Practical Digital Learning Experience

A key highlight of the workshop was hands-on guidance on accessing and navigating the Learning Management System (LMS) via mobile application. Participants completed live registration and onboarding, ensuring readiness for the upcoming intensive training modules. Interactive discussions allowed participants to raise questions, clarify expectations, and prepare strategically for the three-month learning journey ahead.

Throughout the program, entrepreneurs will receive focused training in three essential areas:

• Business Management: Strengthening leadership capacity, strategic planning, and sales management approaches.

• Financial Literacy: Improving cash flow management, expense tracking, and the use of mobile-based financial tools.

• Digital Marketing: Enhancing online sales performance through effective strategies on Facebook, TikTok, and Telegram.
