Mangrove Studio executed a comprehensive SEO and digital advertising strategy for Workingna, integrating Facebook Ads and Google Ads to drive traffic and conversions. The campaign delivered 37,000+ clicks, 6,800+ user registrations, and exceeded CAP targets with 215 enrollments.

Workingna, one of the leading Cambodian employment platforms, aimed to expand its user base and enhance its digital presence by promoting job opportunities, employer recruitment, and the Career Accelerator Program (CAP). To achieve this, a digital marketing strategy was implemented, focusing on Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) for the Workingna website.The project centered on increasing visibility, driving engagements, and optimizing website performance to attract job seekers, employers, and CAP participants efficiently.
The project spanned from July 2024 to November 2024, focusing on driving conversions, increasing website traffic, boosting sales, and enhancing brand awareness through a comprehensive, tailored approach.
To meet Workingna’s goals, a multifaceted approach was adopted, integrating offline and online marketing efforts, supported by precise monitoring and optimization.
